A common factor to everything would be ENERGY. Physics tell us that everything is energy, even what we consider solid matter is actually energy. All life functions are based on energy interactions. Energy interactions are the hidden dimension at the core of any perceivable physiological function. In all of the above areas, well being is the result of energy balance. Any disturbance of that balance produces either over or under activity, which manifests as a problem.
Four cardinal source of energy (Spiritual, Emotional, Intellect & Physical Energy) all contribute in manifesting everything in creation. Once a volition (Spiritual Energy) is generated it is given movement by the Energy of the Intellect, the Emotional energy animates it, gives it form, colour, tone etc. at this state the originator begins to feel the effect of his work, happy if good and sad if bad or a feeling of discomfort when the volition is to derive pleasure hurting others, as soon as the emotional energy is generated the physical manifestation begins, the laws of attraction begins to attract all the materials needed for the manifestation of the spiritual volition in the physical dimension of the originator that is wherever the spirit generated the volition from, in gross matter or in other planes.
When a volition manifests there is no going back! The originator is bound to his work and must either enjoy of suffer for it. For every volition that calls on the support of the laws of the universe to manifestation must return or report back to the originator, which ever plane this volition is suppose to manifest.
This brief description of how energy works will help one understand that everything is alive. The human spirit is a vortex of energy that carries within it a creative or forming capacity using the four cardinal sources of energy. The human spirit forms, the human spirit transmutes energy consciously or unconsciously, the human spirit exist to do just that, it is the role of the spirit to do so. This ability is given to the spirit so that it can replicate the beauty in higher, luminous dimensions on earth. To bring paradise on earth. "....thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven..."
Being magnetic by nature the spirit attracts energy from the cosmos to manifestation. So now that it is known that energy transmuted by the human spirit is bound to him, is it now proper to affirm the release of such energy? For example "I release all energy that no longer serve my highest good!" Release to where? The spirit is bound to its work and can not destroy the essence of it, even though the physical can be destroyed but can only transmute the energy!
The spirit transmutes energy from one form to another! Energy can not be destroyed but can only change from one form to another. So when a spirit is experiencing troubles it is either because the spirit is not applying its ability to manifest for itself its needs or reaping the rewards of what it has already created.
When overwhelmed with negative energy, consciously transmute it to the opposite because it is the same energy. Transmute Fear to Courage, Hate to Love, Anger to Empathy and Lack to Abundance. Once the emotions (induced or natural) is felt by the originator then manifestation has begun.
To release negative energy is refusal to take responsibility, the release may give temporary relieve but it is still with the originator. Acknowledge the emotions, find out if they are yours or projections from another spirit then begin to transmute them. That is what prayer truly is the conscious transmutation of energy!
